General

The Sandy Plains Baseball mission is to develop in the boys and girls of the community good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence in order for them to grow into responsible and productive adults. The objective will be achieved by providing supervised competitive athletic programs organized by SPBA. The development of the future responsible citizens is the true purpose of the program. The attainment of exceptional athletic skills or winning the competition is only secondary. However, winning is what we do. Sandy Plains Baseball has competed at the highest level of Youth Baseball, attending the Dizzy Dean World Series (Summer All-Stars) for the 6U - 10U age groups. Cumulatively, those age groups have earned 6 World Series Championships and 8 Top 5 finishes in the last 10 years, playing in Southaven, MS annually. Through proper fundamental instruction, Sandy Plains has long been recognized as one of the Top programs in the Country.
